take it from someone who was in pi phi a couple semesters ago: pi phi has an incredibly high turnover rate...many join, many leave after a year or so. they want you to believe that they're all beautiful on the inside, but truth is I have never met such a group of catty and self-obsessed people in my entire life. yes, there are a handful of girls who are absolutely wonderful and they dont belong in that house. the majority start drama and cause problems. they do NOT have a tight sisterhood whatsoever; cliques dominate the social setting of the house. thing is, with the seniors gone and the numbers dwindling, the house could be built from the bottom up by a couple really good pledge classes.

not really a big difference between kappa and tridelt and then tridelt and alpha phi... the top houses are pretty interchangeable depepnding on people's own preferences
