dke isnt my favorite house but you are retarded if you think girls only like a frat based on the actual house. when youre drunk at a party yeah its cool to have a nice place but not the reason theyve been solidified in the top tier. Faegans bar is by far the nicest looking but that doesnt make me want to go there on a saturday night.

ok i'm upset with myself for coming back but i have to clear this up. i'm ACTUALLY a girl, and i never said ZBT, Phi Psi, and Psi U were better than TKE, just that TKE is not better than them. you're all pretty much similar socially, as well as being up and down with your new guys. it's pointless for you to keep arguing about why you're better than the rest, take it from a girl in a top house. and look, i didn't even give you all 1s ;)
