i didn't even get invited back to phi delt but i got a bid to phi psi and tke...not saying phi delt is all that but they were very impressive during rush. wished the brothers werent as aggressive as they were tho. deff excited to see how things pan out over the next few years for them

Clearly bottom tier. Makes me laugh at all the fake reviews their brothers posted. If you're a guy rushing and can't get a bid to a good house,(DKE, SAE, Sig Chi), then rush this house. If you have a pulse they'll hand you a bid.
