Top-tier house for sure. Awesome girls who are great to party and talk to. As other people have suggested, if they want a better rep, should start mixing with other houses.

About as middle as middle gets. They're relatively new to campus, but have the potential to do some good things. If they recruit well the next few semesters, they might move up. At this point, they just feel like the girls who didn't get bids to other places
