Great group of guys, lots of fun in the house and around campus. After the first few weeks of the term they don't have open parties at all. They have a lot of mixers and sororities love them, but unless you're a brother or girl, don't expect to get in.

As an active brother of a West Coast Phi Delt chapter, I'd just like to help these guys out by addressing all the try-hards that are so quick to point out that we're a nationally dry fraternity. Yes, we're a nationally dry fraternity as per the by-laws, and because of that we are smarter and more responsible in general about our use of alcohol in the house. But being "nationally dry" doesn't hold us back the slightest bit, and it won't hold these guys back. Proud to Be a Phi

Who cares if they got a house they r still a bunch of losers who couldn't get in to any other fraternity. maybe once they get kids who had no idea they sucked they will get better but until then they still pretty much suck

Just got a house :)!!! Had a prebar and definitely a couple awkward guys but their new PC is really attractive and classy.... Going to take some time but they're on the right track. Love phi delt <3

Easily the best all around sorority on campus. Most of these girls are pretty, smart, fun, and most importantly nice and down to earth. Everyone loves somebody in Theta.
