If you're a freshmen then no. You can spring rush a house or rush as a sophomore. If you're already a sophomore then yes. You might have a shot at a small house who needs numbers, but for the most part you'd be out of luck.

A friend of mine rushed as a junior and got bids from a lot of the bigger houses on campus like Sig Ep and Kappa Sig. If you're cool most houses will still take you.
