So we all know the story of what happened with SigNu, whatever, are they ever coming back on campus? Is their old house just going to sit there forever til it falls apart? It just seems like there could be a better use for that space- instead of making Greek row look straight outta compton.

Yes, sigma Nu is coming back on campus. They had a four year suspension that way when they restart, there will be none of the members who were in the house when they got kicked off. They lost their charter so they will be an entirely new chapter with a new culture (hence the 4 year suspension).

Their house is a historical landmark so it cannot change appearances, so no other fraternity wants their house. They theoretically could not even put their letters on it because it would altar the appearance. Sig Nu might be coming back when their 4 year suspension ends.
