open recruitment
by: pnmcan anyone tell me about open recruitment, and what houses are usually participating? Also, since I'll be a freshman in college, will the chapters consider my new gpa? My high school gpa was a little short of 3.5, but if I get this new gpa that high, will it make a difference?
