rush
by: Studying upFor any girls who are already in a sorority, could you possibly point out tips on what you look for during rush? I've heard that asking to use the restroom during the parties is seen as a big no-no because it might be interpreted as you're bored of the conversation of something like that. I never would have considered that possibility, are there any other faux pas like that to be aware of?

I was talking to this one girl a couple years ago and she kept looking at her watch! Even though she was being super sweet and the checking time was a nerve thing, it made me feel like she couldn't wait to leave so I got a bad impression. If you can't stop looking at your watch, don't wear one!

Eye contact is pretty important, acting like you are engaged in the conversation. This is a weird tip but a lot of pnms are unaware of it.. DO NOT be afraid to drink a house's water or eat their snack during their party. In years past girls have passed out while waiting to get into houses due to dehydration, also in regards to snacks the girls but in alot of time making preparing them so don't be afraid to eat them. Last tip and probably most helpful always have three backup questions ready in your head so the conversations doesn't get dull some really easy questions would be "What are some of your sisterhood activities?" "Whats your favorite part about your chapter" "How do you like living in the house?"
