Pretty good all around house.
Compared to the other relevant fraternities:
Average grades
Good parties
Control the party houses, which means you always have something to do
Not your stereotypical fraternity
Good philantropies
Best tailgates
Good rep
No house on campus though
Overall a good group of guys, which you could probably say with only fraternities like Beta, SigEp, and Phi Delt.

Average involvement/grades. great social scene/parties. i feel like brotherhood is pretty good for not having a live in house. this post is pretty much correct.

Have a lot of GDI groupies though...whenever my house has socials with them they are always super late picking girls up and when we get there, there are at least 10-15 GDI groupies already at the party house. Really makes girls and my house not want to to back. There is nothing wrong with having GDIs at your parties but make sure the ladies you actually have the party with are getting to the party as well.

Kappa Sig:
Overall - Middle Tier
Party scene - Good
Brotherhood - Decent
House/living quarters - No house so terrible
Philanthropy - Poor
Campus involvement - Poor
Grades - Decent/Fair
Good mix of guys
In truth, Kappa Sig is a better version of Phi Psi. The house only stands out when it comes to the social scene and nothing else. There's a lot of other houses with better brotherhood, campus involvement and grades. If you're looking for a fun house in your college career Kappa Sig is it. If you're looking for networking, good grades, and community/philanthropy Kappa Sig is not for you. Overall grade out of 10 for Kappa Sig...

Kappa Sig is a comfortable middle tier house. They have one big party a year (80s Aspen) and great tailgates. They are off campus and don't have a legit house so that really hurts their brotherhood. They are below average with involvement but are a fairly well respected house. They have some really weird kids but also have kids that would be cool at the best top tier houses. overall a pretty average house with some good/bad things.
