What are 2015 OVERALL (unbiased) generalizations of each fraternity on campus with rankings?

As a current senior in the Greek system, I would heavily advise against using this site. Try out various houses and then use your judgement on which is right for you. Other people's opinions shouldn't affect your decision.

Top tier: beta, sig ep, (farmhouse)
Upper middle: phi delt, sae, delt
Middle: fiji, phi psi, ato, sigma chi, du, kappa sig
Bottom: tke, pi kapp, pike, acacia, chi phi, ags, agr.

Really depends what you're looking for though

the response by Honest is super accurate. Maybe a better breakdown would be this, though:
Best overall (social, grades, involvement, and brotherhood) would include Sig Ep, Beta, Farmhouse, and arguably Phi Delt. The best party houses are SAE, Fiji, Delt, Phi Psi, and ATO. The listed Middle Tier houses that aren't listed as party houses are pretty average. Kappa Sig has a few good parties. DU has great grades but is socially awful. Sigma Chi is scratching and clawing to get a middle tier spot and they are average in about everything. Anyone else is totally irrelevant.
