fraternity good and bad reputation?

Sigma chi- Definitely rising quickly, great group of guys, building a solid reputation.
Farmhouse- Awesome house, has been reputable for a long time but unfortunate events lead to them getting kicked off.
Fiji- Pretty good group, house is getting renovated I think, parties a lot.

FIJI is getting renovated again? They just redid the entire interior a couple years ago... Do those guys just not care about their house or what? It's nice to get renovations but if you need to do them every couple years, there is obviously some much bigger problems going on with the guys.

Sigma Chi is a big question mark. Diverse group (which is counter to most sigma chi's around the country) but still facing some of the same accusations with how they treat the girls they have over. Hopefully they clean up quickly and well.

Farmhouse: On the decline due to a death of one of their members. Still polite and upstanding men. Being off campus might slow them down considerably. Middle tier.

Sigma Chi: Solid group of men. They have changed over the past few years for the better. Now that they are back on campus, they will greatly benefit the Greek community. Middle tier.

Fiji: Overall a pretty good house. Problem people within their house give it a bad name. Approach with caution. Middle tier.
