high school gap checking?
by: freshmanJust wondering, but how do sororities know your'e being honest about your GPA on your application? are they able to access your transcript through the UNL administration, or is that confidential? I know a girl who lied about her GPA at rush at another college.

From what I have heard you can lie on your GPA. I had a high school friend who ended up in my pledge class who lied on her application. She was confronted by several girls about issues but beyond that nothing happened to her.
Just remember, finding a sorority is finding your home. You want to be honest on your application so you can find the right place for you and find girls who fit you best. Don't lie about your GPA because you might end up in a house who values grades highly, where as it isn't the most important thing to you- which is okay! You want to find the house that shares your interests so put the truth on your application.
