No order within tiers -
TOP TIER
Alpha Phi
Gamma Phi Beta
Pi Beta Phi
Kappa Alpha Theta
MIDDLE TIER
Delta Gamma
Alpha Chi Omega
Chi Omega
Kappa Kappa Gamma
Delta Delta Delta
LOWER TIER
Alpha Omicron Pi
Kappa Delta
Phi Mu
Alpha Xi Delta
Alpha Delta Pi
Theta Phi Alpha
Lots of people may argue AXO would be top tier but that's only because they're gorgeous. Their involvement, grades, and sisterhood are very weak though. Alpha Phi is best looking overall, Gamma Phi is most involved and best grades, Pi Phi and Theta are very social and lots of fun. These four houses have a good mix of everything though - good looks, involvement, brains and sisterhood.

Pi phi really isn't top tier anymore... It all depends on what your looking for. If your looking for grades, nice pretty girls and involvement then is a phi, chi o, and g phi as top tier. But the party scene it would be completely different. Like tri delt, axo, a phi and pi phi

Upper Middle: KKG, Theta, DG
Middle: AOPi, Chi O, Tri Delt, Pi Phi
Lower Middle: AXO, AXiD, KD
Bottom: Theta Phi Alpha, ADPi, Phi Mu.

yeah if were talking about average looking girls that get better than average grades and don't go out.... G phi, Chi O and DG are definitely on the top of that list

ehh i'd keep pi phi top tier still. definitely one of the top 3 socially. a large majority of DG is legacies.. not very social.. definitely middle at best.

The first 3 are the most accurate you'll probably see. APhi, Theta, and GPhi are undoubtedly top and Pi Phi and DG are right in between top and middle, Pi Phi didn't get a very good pledge class this year and GPhi did which is why that ranking is a good representation.

they're attractive and go out, but still helped gphi get top grades so they're doing something right

Pi Phi is definitely not a top house. Theta is also borderline.
I'd move Chi O and DG up and those three I mentioned down.
I'd also probably put KD in Middle Tier.
