kappa kappa gamma and alpha chi omega?

I hear KAPPA and AXO have really bad grades and just love to party. That is concerning. Is this true?

They may not have the best grades but they're hot and like to party. Most fraternities like them because they have good looking girls. AXO is really hard to get in based on looks
