I would say there's two types of creepy:
1.) drunk/high guys who can't take a hint and think they're hot and won't leave you alone because they want to take you home (Phi Psi, FIJI, SAE)
2.) slightly nerdy guys who just have no experience and can't help but be creepy because they're socially awkward (Pike, DU, Pi Kapp)

The fact that you probably party with Pike and DU a lot pretty much makes your comment irrelevant because only bottom tier sororities would willingly pair with them, the guys in those houses can be nice, but they really are socially awkward and creepy.

Honestly, I find the guys who won't take no for an answer and try to get you drunk so they have better chance with them the creepiest which would be Fiji, Phi Psi and SAE but definitely not PIKE or Du. They are a little shyer, but the nicest and don't try to pressure you so that's a plus

Have you even been to a Pike or DU party? I would not classify them as creepy. But Fiji, Phi Psi, and ATO are definitely creepy by trying to take you home even after you say no. Cannot take a hint
