RUSH+GPA (reaching out to previous PNMs)
by: CuriousI’m transferring to UNL as a sophomore and I’m considering rushing fall 2025. What’s rushing like here? And if my gpa is a 3.3 will I get dropped from every sorority since I don’t have a 3.5? Is rushing worth it?

take a look at the Greek GPA list UNL provides through the OFSL website. You'll likely be dropped by most houses that fall in the upper third. If the house average is significantly higher than your GPA, don't necessarily worry, as some of them it is just how it shakes up (ex. Chi Omega and GPhi have high GPA requirements, so you can expect those houses to not invite you back after open house round vs. Pi Phi & AXID may extend an invite if it were based on grades alone). That's my insight!
