Are upperclassman involved in sororities at UNL

I’m a transfer student! And i’m planning on doing COB spring semester. But, someone told me that juniors and seniors aren’t super involved in their sororities and i would be missing out on the fun years of being in a sorority (freshman and sophomore year)
it wasn’t like that at my old school, is it actually like that here? or is it just one persons experience

upperclassmen are super involved! i will say that it is very uncommon here for an upperclassman to go through the rush process. it might hurt your chances of COB because houses will give bids to girls who they know will be willing to live in the house the following year.
