This it. The houses within the same tier will attract different girls- for example, party hard girls will like AXO more than KKG or DG.

I always thought of KD as upper middle. They have some really great girls.

Agree. Any house can say that. KD would be bottom IMO. AOPi lost any cute girls they had. DG is better than alpha Phi, who is losing rank.
