Upper Middle: Chi O, AXiD, Pi Phi
Pure Middle: KD, GPhi
Upper Bottom: Tri Delt, AOPi
Bottom Tier: Phi Mu, Sigma Alpha, Pi Alpha Chi

This it. The houses within the same tier will attract different girls- for example, party hard girls will like AXO more than KKG or DG.

Pretty sure every house has “some really great girls” that reason alone usually does not play a sole determinant of an upper middle house.

Agree. Any house can say that. KD would be bottom IMO. AOPi lost any cute girls they had. DG is better than alpha Phi, who is losing rank.
