question about pnms
by: pnm22Ok, so I keep hearing that every year a huge number of pnms drop out of rush. Like one in three girls. What gives?

i had over 4.0 gpa and had 6 houses back after 1st round of cuts, it was not just grade based

Did you end up accepting a bid from a sorority?
What are your thoughts on why so many drop out of rush every year?

i dropped on the second to last day. my reasoning and most others who dropped is because panhell makes houses cut an insane amount of people, so i think a lot of people dont get a chance with a lot of the houses. i dropped because i just knew i would not have been happy in either house. however, i ended up going through cob this fall and joined my sorority and LOVE it. they have done a great job of making me feel included and i do not regret not sticking through formal.

30-35% drop every year. It has nothing to do with their GPA.
