In order by tier, but not in any order inside of their specific tier.

Top Tier:
Alpha Phi - prettiest girls, but also stuck up
Gamma Phi Beta - best mix of girls, but with that comes a lot of girls who don't go out
Kappa Alpha Theta - super fun, but can get a little too wild

High Middle Tier:
Pi Beta Phi - adorable housewife material, but also very Omaha-Catholic-School-Girl-ish
Chi Omega - hipsters and sweethearts, but starting to get a little too grandma
Kappa Kappa Gamma - super models, but dumb as bricks
Delta Gamma - good house with a good reputation, but extremely uninvolved
Alpha Chi Omega - solid group of girls, but starting to go downhill now that their alumni are cutting funding

Low Middle Tier:
Alpha Omicron Pi - super smart, but they should focus less on grades and more on being social
Delta Delta Delta - occasionally pretty and fun, but mostly if you can't get anyone else, tri delt
Alpha Xi Delta - surprisingly cool, but you don't hear much about them, like ever
Kappa Delta - nice girls overall, but highly irrelevant

Bottom Tier:
Phi Mu - actually a lot of fun, but their reputation needs to get better before anyone will take them seriously
Alpha Delta Pi - outgoing girls, but off campus and awkward
Theta Phi Alpha - on the rise, but off campus as well so there's not a huge presence

I'm in a middle tier house so these are probably as honest as you're gonna get without people pimping their own house!

I agree with "active" for the most part! But here is how I would group them:

Top Tier:
Alpha Phi
Gamma Phi Beta
Chi Omega
Delta Gamma

High Middle Tier:
Kappa Alpha Theta
Pi Beta Phi
Kappa Kappa Gamma
Alpha Chi Omega

Low Middle Tier:
Alpha Omicron Pi
Delta Delta Delta
Alpha Xi Delta
Kappa Delta

Bottom Tier:
Phi Mu
Alpha Delta Pi
Theta Phi Alpha
