How do we know max helm wasn’t falsely accused?

Disclaimer; I am no way defending max helm but isn’t our legal system innocent til proven guilty? If there was enough evidence to prove anything why hasn’t the university taken action like the Brock turner case? I just find it strange that the university forgot about this completely.

Sadly, if you are a man it seems to be guilty until proven innocent with these cases. Wouldn’t be surprised, I’ve heard of a couple people just this year already being falsely accused
