tell that to the 25 guys living in the house. Or the 15 other active members on campus. We aren't "recognized" by the university...whatever that means. Apart from that triviality we operate and act just like any other greek house on campus.

When does second semester rush generally start for frats? And how are you contacted or reach out to the frats

Second semester rush starts as soon as you are contacted or contact a fraternity. Sigma Chi has been through a lot recently but I personally think they are one of the best groups of guys on campus
