Top Tier Houses??

I’m just wondering what all the hype is about aphi and theta? From an outsiders point of view they seem like pretty average girls. What exactly makes them top tier?

They’re just the most selective and always have been, pretty much get their pick of girls and are consistently on top grades wise and socially
