"bottom" tier srats

Aopi: Honestly, they're probably bottom tier mostly bc they don't really do anything outstanding nor do they have the best looking girls. Not that they're "bad" per se, they're just never the top choice
Tridelt: They had an incident where they had to kick 40 or so girls out a few years ago bc of bid day drinking, and they still get attacked for it today, even tho they're pretty much a new house.
KD: Same as Aopi
Phi Mu: Stereotyped to be the house that bids "plus sized" girls, hence the phi moo nickname. Kind of unfair but thats the nature of it
ADPI: Struggles to fill their house due to their lack of popularity. Stereotyped to fill their smaller pledge classes with "weirder" girls. Biggest flaw is definitely their struggles to get numbers, hence why they're probably gonna lose their house based off rumors

not really a straight up answer but, I know many women within panhel who have had amazing experiences in their “bottom tier” chapter and women who have not loved their time in their “top tier” and vice versa. it’s all so subjective. obviously, the top tier chapters have a little bit of a different social scene, but your time within a chapter is entirely what you make of it.

tri delt is not a bottom house

I would say there is top tier, middle tier and bottom tier. KD, AOPI and Tri Delt are middle tier. Really the only true bottom tier houses unfortunately are ADPI and Phi Mu. APhi and Theta are always top tier. All other house are ALL middle. They are all very unique in their own ways you can’t classify mid top or lower bottom. It’s top, middle or bottom.
