Rankings for houses (no bias)

Unbiased as possible, might be some inconsistencies depending on what you believe in, but here are the general trends from what I know:
Fraternities
Top: Beta, Sigep, Farmhouse, Phi Delt, Sae Delt (maybe)
Middle: Fiji, Pike, Ato, Phi Psi, Sig Chi, DU, Agr, Ags
Bottom: pretty much any other house
Sorority
Top: Theta, Aphi, Kappa, AXO (maybe)
Mid: Gphi, Chi O, DG, Axid, tri-delt
Low: Aopi, KD, Phi Mu, ADPi
At the end of the day, some houses are objectively better than others, but lets be honest, every house can have some decent people.

Phi Mu is consistently rated as “low” they have the best true sisterhood on campus. Just because they aren’t all blonde, skinny and stereotypical sorority girls is no reason to rank so low.

helpful ranking, but what are the criteria? one comment goes on to say (something to the effect) every house is likely to have some "decent" people. What is decent in this context? Cool/popular? Nice/respectful of others? Healthy balance between studies/parties?

All around ranking:
Top: theta a phi kappa
Upper middle: DG chi o axo
Middle: axid g phi pi phi
Lower middle: KD tri delt aoii
Bottom: phi mu adpi

Taking into account recent pledge classes, grades, involvement, social life
