Year to Move In House

What year do most actives move into their sorority house? I read in the housing contract that if a student decides to move into Greek housing that cancelation fees apply. Does that mean freshmen move into Greek housing after they are initiated?

Freshman live in the dorms for the first year, sophomores live in the sorority house, juniors and seniors generally live in apartments/houses or can choose to keep living in the sorority house.
