sorority suspensions

I read about the mass terminations that Tri-Delt had a few years ago and it's a little scary to think you could go through all this and then have something like that happen. I know it's more common for Fraternities to be on probation and get suspended - but how often are the sororities on probation? If Tri-Delt was on probation for drinking on Bid day that year I'm trying to understand how common that is. I know there are 3 sides to every story but it sounds like the terminations were a little random.
