sorority recruitment rules
by: SnoopyI have heard at other schools you can only carry a clear ziplock bag throughout the day and they take your phone the entire time. Can anyone tell me the rules at UNL? Can you carry a tote bag/string backpack and will I have my phone in between parties? If Ro Chi groups are by your floor does that mean you meet there each round? TIA

You’ll get a drawstring bag that everyone gets and you can use that, but they don’t allow purses or anything. You just meet w your rho fam group in the morning before the parties start and after all rounds are done for the day. You can keep your phone but you’ll wanna keep it on do not disturb during each round but it’s nice to use to take notes on each house in between rounds

You get a drawstring bag, like the person above me said. I would recommend carrying your phone, a water bottle, chapstick, a small snack, an umbrella/raincoat, oil blotting sheets, maybe a hair brush and anything else you feel like you'll need with Nebraska's crazy weather. You will not have time between parties on the first few days to run back to your dorm room.
