what to expect

I have a few questions.

First of all, how many people actually make it into a sorority if they stay in it until the end. Do more people drop out by themselves or do sororities drop them before bid day. What is the average percent of people that get in? How many PNM drop each day?

Also, does anyone know what color the shirt is for the open house rounds?

Do you have a better chance if you are have an average mind and are pretty or if you are kinda awkward but really smart? \n\n\n\n\n

1) 99% get a bid if they stay in until the end.
2) More people drop on their own. They didn't keep an open mind about the sororities that invited them back because they got their hearts set on a few sororities. Sororities that invite you back see something in you. (And some sororities just are better at conversation than others. Every group has wonderful people!)
3) Between 96-99% of the women who participate in Bid Matching get bids.
4) Don't know how many drop each day.
5) Panhellenic will let you know the color of the shirt.
6)EVERYONE has an excellent chance of getting a bid no matter what you look like, how smart you are, or if you are shy or outgoing. But you have to stay in the process and not drop out.
