will i get a bid?

Can anyone give me an honest opinion on if I would have a good chance of getting a bid to a UNL sorority? I'm a little overweight, I have good grades, I have a lot of leadership and volunteer experience and would be interested in holding a leadership position within the sorority (if I get a bid), and I am not the most outspoken with groups but I am very good at speaking to people one on one and public speaking. I am going into bid week with an open mind and looking for a house I really mesh with. I have a recommendation to 11/15 houses (I have a rec to all of the top tier houses but again I'm not looking for that necessarily). Do you think I'd get a bid? Also, could someone give me a solid idea as to how many girls will get a bid and won't get a bid if they do everything they are supposed to.

The most important thing during recruitment is conversation and making connections with the chapter women! All chapters have members of every shape and size, and all range of looks so don't worry about that! And if you stay in the process until the end and be open minded you will get a bid! The women who don't get bids are the ones who set their hearts on just a few chapters and when they don't get invited back won't give the others a chance and drop out. Hope this helps!
