gpa and act score

My gpa is a 3.28 but my ACT was a 27. Is there a way that my ACT will help me with compensating for my low gpa? Also which sororities could I get in with these?

Most houses dont really look at the ACT score as much as gpa and involvement so if you have an okay gpa but great involvement you might get by
