incoming freshman
by: PrestonIs it required for freshman to live in the chapter house their first year? I've heard this from a few people and read it on some of the chapter websites just curious if this is a real thing.

For fraternities typically freshmen and sophomores live in but you don't have to.
For sororities girls usually live in sophomore year, and the exec team has no other option but to live in no matter what year they are in. During second semester, if space opens up in the house freshman are allowed to move in for some chapters.
