gpa and rushing a sorority

You will be judged based off of the 3.2, houses usually put your GPA into an excell spread sheet so they wont really see that 4.0. When the houses make GPA cuts, their cut off is equivalent to, but usually lower than their house average (never higher). Last semester ADPi is the only house with a GPA lower than 3.2 but AXO and Phi Mu had 3.284 and 3.299 so they might have cut offs lower than that. It will be hard to get into a house not going to lie but you do have a chance. Hopefully your extracurriculars are good.

A 3.5 or higher from high school is what the really competitive sororities are looking for. Gamma Phi Beta has a strict GPA cutoff of 3.5. You may be dropped from several houses because of your grades so just be prepared for it.
