best house for out of state kids?

Which Fraternity will be best for kids who are coming long distances from out of state? Kids that will know literally noone when they rush. I'm looking to get into a house that will provide the fraternity college experience, not get pulled into the omaha/Lincoln post- high school drama?

girls go to parties of people they know. out of state girls go to where the majority of their friends (mostly girls from Lincoln/Omaha) say is good

Depends on what you're looking for. If you're looking for a friendlier frat that accepts out-of-state guys well would prob be PIKE, DU, Sig Chi, Pi Kapp

If youre an out of state kid the smaller fraterintes on and off campus are most likly your best bet. Theyre chaper and also are comprised of mosastly out of state kids. TKE, Chi Phi, Acacia, SAM, manybe SAE or FIJI if youre looking for a bigger chapter. Good luck man.
