where would i fit in?

I'll be the first student that I know of to attend NEB from my area. Coming from TX where the Greek culture is a bit over the top. I know where I'd fit in in at my state schools but don't have a clue about UNL's scene.
I'm thin and attractive (not hot but most would say pretty), well dressed, from a good private prep school, from an upper middle class or a bit above family, good grades, like to have some fun but not a wild party girl.
How hard is it to get in a top house not knowing anyone? What houses would I fit in with? How important are grades for rush (mine are great).

We will not have the pleasure of knowing you until you arrive at our campus next year. We do not have the chutzpah to place you in any specific home as you have not met us. And your definition of a top house cannot be finalized until you have met our women and toured our homes. Be fair and honest about the skills and temperament you desire to bring to a sorority, and your home will find you.

overall - we're all panhellenic sisters here at UNL and you should go through recruitment with an open mind and find a place where you can actually grow as a person and scholar. the fact that you're coming into this wanting the 'top house' is kind off putting - i wouldn't want you in my house if you're so materialist like that and I know many of the houses would feel the same!
