real talk: "classy houses"

Okay as a PNM I'm finding that a lot of posts bash "top houses" and "party houses" saying that they are not very classy, shacking constantly, etc. But then any other house in their eyes is a cow factory that doesn't know how to have fun, isn't attractive, etc.

Man! Is there any balance? I know every chapter has their good and their bad but come on, there has to be a few sweet spots that can balance having a good time and actually showing up to class.
