Basically you get to enter a little over half the houses monday and half the houses tuesday for a short amount of time just to get introduced to each chapter. From then on for the remaining rounds its a mutual selection process of you ranking houses you liked most to least and the houses simultaneously picking girls they would like to invite back. Through this you will get dropped/not invited back by some houses you liked and continue to rank based on what you have left. As far as bidding...that happens at the very end of rush and it is what a chapter will give you as a formal invitation to join. Good luck!
