rushing on crutches

I'm going to be a freshman this year and will be rushing this fall. I recently got hurt and will be on crutches, do you think I should still rush? I contacted the school and they said they will golf cart me from house to house and they said I will be accommodated. I'm just wondering if anyone has any insight on this.

I remember seeing a girl last year in pretty much the same situation and everything was fine so don't worry about it
