transferring as a sophomore and rushing

by: Transfer

I know that it is more difficult the more years you go without joining but I am transferring from a smaller school and want to rush here at unl, is it possible to get a bid if you aren't a freshman? My GPA is good and I volunteer all the time, but I don't know anyone at unl. Should I go through rush or is there no point?

GO THROUGH RECRUITMENT! Greek Life is a great way to meet people at UNL and get involved. Your year in school will not matter if you find the right house for you. A good house will like you for you not your age or connections on campus. It is possible. I've seen Juniors receive bids.

Like rushed last year as a freshman and didn't get a bid until open recruitment. But I can not tell you how much I got out of the experience. It's a great way to meet people and make friends especially if you are transferring. I would 100% recommend
