What sorority houses do I have a chance at a bid from with a 3.0 GPA?

Probably not, Gphi, Chi O, Aphi, Theta, or DG. They typically tend to have high GPAs, but if a house really likes you sometimes they let girls slide by with 3.0s

Second above- I wouldn't count on those chapters making a GPA exception unless you are DG leg. I think AOPi has a super high GPA cut too, like 3.6? All women who have a 3.0 or below are probably going to receive some form of email from the VP of Recruitment for Panhellenic ( I feel like I heard this happens) informing them of their chances... I think almost all chapters require at least a 3.0 or above.

I know most houses cut at between a 3.2 to 3.5, but if you are being genuine you won't be cut

I wish this was true! Unfortunately, most chapters do an "excel" spreadsheet type of cut where if the box under GPA is below 3.2 or 3.5 you will be off the spreadsheet. But seriously, do not get discouraged by this! Not every chapter will cut at this high of a level, there are still some amazing ones you could have the opportunity to be a part of.

hey i rushed last year with a 3.00 on the dot and was pretty discourage from getting booted from a lot of houses pretty quicky because of the gpa. don't be discouraged though and i still was accepted into the house i wanted!!
