how hard is it to get an axo bid? like what are their requirements for gpa etc.

Just depends on each house! I'd look at their gpa to get an idea of what they accept and that can go for other chapters also! In my chapter we usually say 3.5 I think but that number can usually be adjusted if we really like you can can see you in our chapter! If you like a chapter during recruitment don't let anyone else's opinions bring you down :)

LOL. Considering AXO is usually at the bottom of the gpa listings, I don't think you'll have a problem...
