sorority rec letters

I'm planning to rush next year, do I need to be getting letters of recommendation for UNL? I'm the first in my family to be involved in Greek life so I'm a little lost but I read on another website that at some schools recommendation letters don't always make a good impression. Any info would help tons, thanks!

Recommendations at UNL are a good thing to have! They are never looked at negatively by chapters.

Better safe than sorry! Some houses like letters a lot but they aren't required
