So after FIJI and Phi psi got kicked off here's the accurate ranking

Top: Beta, SigEp, SAE, Phi Delt, Delt
Middle: Sigma Chi, AGR, Farmhouse, DU, Pi Kapp, Pike, Sigma Nu
Low: Theta Xi, Theta Chi, All the other east campus houses, TKE

If a house isn't mentioned here, it's because they're so irrelevant I can't even think of them. :)

Agree for the most part except I'd split middle into two separate tiers

Upper Mid - Farmhouse, AGR, Pi Kapp
Lower Mid - Pike, Sig Chi, DU, Kappa Sig

ATO and Sig Nu would still be bottom at this point

Top: Sig Ep, Beta, Phi Delt, SAE, Delt - at this point, pretty much all 5 of these houses are known as being the best in some way or another

Upper Middle: ATO, Farmhouse, Pike, AGR - good guys, good socials, mix of grades. Overall good houses.
Lower Middle: Kappa Sig, DU, Sig Chi, Pi Kapp - getting borderline with some. Kappa Sig basically vanished, DU has a bunch of guys & good grades and could maybe be upper middle...wide range.

Bottom: Phi Kapp (Fratican), Theta Xi (surprisingly getting better), TKE (the actual worst house), Sigma Nu, AGS, AGN, Theta Chi, Acacia - other than Theta Xi MAYBE, i don't see any of these houses moving up anytime soon.
