Okay: Fiji, phi psi, farmhouse, ATO, pike
nothing special: sigma chi, pi kappa phi, DU, Agr, kappa sig
Not very good: theta xi, tke, acacia, ags, agn, every other small house

Ps. This isn't in order

Top: sig ep, sae, beta, delt
Upper: phi delt, farmhouse
Middle: DU, Sigma Chi, pike, fiji, phi psi, kappa sigma, pi kapp
Low: theta xi, tke, AGR
Completely irrelevant: agn, ags, acacia, beta sig, chi phi and every other small houses that has like 20 members

I'm not putting ATO or Sigma Nu on here since they just got back, and also these ranks aren't in order.

The houses I would highly recommend to someone who is rushing would be: Sig Ep, Beta, Phi Delt, SAE, and Delt. I think right now, those houses have the most going for them both in terms of parties and in terms of school.
If you just want to party I would suggest SAE, Phi Psi, FIJI, and maybe ATO.
Some other options that aren't terrible but would be easier to get into would be Farmhouse, Kappa Sig, DU, Pi Kapp, and Sigma Chi.
I don't remember which houses all have spring rushes so you should contact the ones you're interested in to see if they have it or not. Hope this helps!
