non-sorority invites to frat parties?

If you are not in a sorority can you still get invited to frat parties? How exactly do frat parties work?

Short answer is yes but it's harder because you won't be in group messages with fraternity houses. You'll have to find a group of friends in houses and tag along with them or just do your own thing.
