So I'm rushing this fall and would you guys suggest turning Instagram off private to let them see your profile or leave it? Do they pay a lot of attention to the amount of followers/pics during recruitment??

They don't care so much about your followers or likes. They do stalk all your social media so I would recommend you present yourself nicely.

Facebook is more important- it's quicker and easier to find people. Make sure you have cute pics on there , a lot of high schoolers don't use fb and have old pics
