Delta Delta Delta - ΔΔΔ Sorority at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 1.0 As an outsider looking in, how do you totally misjudge almost an entire group of PNMs? Clearly no one is willing to accept responsibility or admit that terminating this many girls was a mistake so the only other logical explanation is a total failure in the recruitment process.

Were these girls all 20 to 25 of them, girls that "disgust" people like you when Tri Delta recruited them? Is that the type of girl the CLASSY Tri Deltas recruit, girls who "disgust"? Or do the CLASSY Tri Deltas recruit nice girls then change them into girls that "disgust"?

Their actions FOLLOWING termination are disgusting. If you know nothing of these actions do not try to debate them. I wonder if you would post like this if you had the pictures and screen shots?

So by your response is it the latter or the two? Once they become a part of Tri Delta is when people like yourself become disgusted? How do you know the exact circumstances of this situation? Is that another step in the process of sisterhood sharing information with others to try to inflict as much pain and public humiliation possible?

So there have been issues with recruitment in the past maybe? Maybe this has been a growing problem which is why these actions are occurring. Please come back once you have seen what types of things have been done by some people prior to termination and post termination because it's obvious that that type of person should not be in a Greek house because they do not embody the Panhellenic creed. you're right maybe should not have been recruited to start with. No ones perfect but everyone should be held accountable for their actions which I believe is what tri delts are trying to do right now with changing membership.

The Tri Delts that recruited these girls are trying to change the membership. You are trying to defend the actions of a group that there is no defense for. Accountability should start with the leadership. They want others to be accountable, why don't they start first! Every girl did not deserve to be terminated so go back and make it right. Unless of course in the entire history of Tri Delta no one has ever been wrong! How do these girls know when to tell the truth and when not to? Lie to people if they ask if we are on probation but tell the truth if we ask you if you drank alcohol. Is there a special bylaw lying section? Being terminated from this house is something that should be celebrated!!! Who would want to be associated with any of these people?

I think the poster was talking about the social media and GroupMe actions done by some of the terminated girls. She did say most implying that not all of the girls did something wrong. But if you can look at screenshots of those actions and not be disgusted by them then someone is missing something. Those girls dont disgust people but some of their actions do.

My boyfriend's sister from KC goes to University of Arkansas. Girls that get arrested do not get kicked out! What could be worse than being arrested?

Tri Delta has failed miserably in who they select for local advisors as well as chapter officers in several chapters across the country. It's refreshing to see brave, articulate young women stand up to the behind the scenes bullying and pettiness directed at the G irls they choose to target. This behavior is not isolated to just this chapter! There are many many more.

I belong to another Sorority, and I honestly feel bad for my Friends who are in Tri Delta. It is obvious they do not belong in ANY Sorority ...they have to go to Social Media to bash you, especially in the Group Messages I have been shown today (VERY distasteful). Stay Classy and Keep Smiling :)

I was not a "good girl" I am sad I am no longer in TriDelt and I made some bad choices ...MOST of the girls who were terminated did something wrong including poor grades. Ranking them bottom tier because of YOUR actions is childish & YOU need to grow up. To the girls who decided to drop because your friends were terminated...Good for you-Stop Bashing TriDelt because YOU are a GDI by choice. I will always be a TriDelt at heart.
