Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.0 Not the best frat at unl but nowhere near the worst. Parties are pretty fun and have always been treated with respect. The dudes are chill and fun to be around. Overall very friendly guys that still know how to have a great time.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.0 I recently gave this frat a second chance. Over the last 5 years they have been known to be "bottom tier" but recently their pledge classes have been getting better. Also their parties recently were all pretty fun. Most of those guys are really nice and genuine. I feel like with a good fall 22 pc and a couple good exec boards this frat can move to top tier or upper mid but for now they deserve to be moved up to mid. Good job on reviving the house from the shambles it was in the mid 2010's. keep it going!

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.4 These men are men of true class. So nice and respectful! I just started going to their parties this year and every single one has been a blast. Only thing negative is their chapter house is kind of run down... safe to say it could use a renovation. But the men within the house are the quality of gold. If you're rushing I would highly recommend you check these guys out they're great!

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 3.9 They are REALLY friendly, those guys are so sweet and they are so respectful. Parties are usually a blast too! I see them get slandered a lot by other frats but don’t listen these guys are the best! Only complaint is that they could be more involved in philanthropy (ahem dance marathon).

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 4.2 Theta Xi has some of the nicest guys and they always treat you with upmost respect. Plus there's a lot of attractive guys which is always great ;). Also the parties are really fun! They are middle tier rn but if they keep it up they will rise to the top.

Theta Xi - ΘΞ Fraternity at University of Nebraska, Lincoln - UNL 5.0 I love THETA XI because they treat me with amazing respect and they have so many fun parties! Whenever I go to their house I feel safe and I feel welcome. The brotherhood is amazing there.

I sure hope no one on the exec board owes over 10 grand in dues, that would be silly. Overall, a bunch of wannabe goobers who think they got it all figured out, when in reality it takes them 6+ years to graduate
